PHASE 1
Mountain Townhomes and Condos
In the first phase, 28 mountain townhomes and 36 mountain condos will be built.
The townhomes will range in size from 1,829 to 1,941 square feet, featuring spacious interiors and exteriors with elegant designs that include three large bedrooms, a gas fireplace and a luxurious thermal spa experience.
The 36 condos will range from 1,254 to 1,600 square feet, featuring spacious and elegant design with two to three bedrooms (depending on the property), a fireplace and balconies. Each condo is designed to promote community living in harmony with nature during all four seasons.
The mountain townhomes and condos also include outdoor heaters, ski storage and boot dryers.
PHASE 2
Mountain Homes
The second phase of the project will see the creation of 15 single-family homes in addition to the development of the project’s many amenities.
With a living area ranging from 2,378 to 3,589 square feet, the mountain homes will feature plenty of space for family living, including three to four luxurious bedrooms, a spa, a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, outdoor heaters, ski storage and boot dryers.
The various amenities that will also be developed during this phase include a private ski lift, a ski hill, hiking trails, a treehouse with outdoor fireplaces and gathering spaces, a thermal experience spa and an outdoor pool.
